Maxim's Food, HK

We still have two hours to spare before boarding on our flight back to Manila. I initially wanted to have Baked Pork Chop Rice at Cafe de Coral but was convinced that Maxim's is a better option.

Roast Goose -- A favorite pasalubong from HK.

This is so delicious! I can't believe I passed on this whenever I am in Hongkong. I am really a late bloomer.
There's very little fat in between the crispy skin and the tender goose meat.

White Chicken and Asado Combo Meal

Good thing I always listen to the expert.
