Eat Well and Be Happy

Two important things to make a healthy mind, body and soul.

I believe that being happy is a state of mind. If you think positive thoughts, you will attract good vibes and happiness will come almost naturally. So in our attempt to eat healthier, we made our way to Eat Well's newest branch in the Mall of Asia. With its simple yet delicious fares at affordable price tag, I don't get why it doesn't draw much attention as compared to the other branches. In the couple of times I've been here, the most number of tables I've seen occupied is four, all of which are during lunch time.

On the other hand, it didn't took long before the waitress finally placed our orders on the table.

I don't eat much vegetables as I need to but this is one thing I can eat everyday without spoon feeding. I am not really a fan of veggies ever since but I'm trying hard to make up for the lost time, thanks to DB who constantly reminds me of it.

Polonchay Sauteed in Garlic

Upon DB's suggestion, we ordered 3 Cup Chicken with Basil Leaves. I was expecting to have a fairly decent meal with this but as soon as I took a bite, I was blown away! The sauce, the chicken and all the other ingredients perfectly blended well with each other. This is too good for words and a cup of rice.

The reason why I barely touched the Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. No worries though since DB is always there to save the day aka finish everything in a snap of a finger. Or maybe four.

After all the carbs, oil and fat I had tonight, maybe I should also add going to the gym up there.

Title must now be: Eat well, be happy and stay fit.

Eat Well!

Sounds like a cliche right?  But at this day and age, one must truly be conscious and careful of their food intake if they want to stay young and healthy.  Yes, that's what I keep telling myself. LOL!

Young at heart. *wink*

The Chicken and the Duck is well guarded!

On our table

Deep Fried Pork Chop with Vegetable Rice.  A piece of Hongkong in Manila.  Brought
back a lot of memories.  Memories worth reminiscing.

Chicken with Chinese Chorizo.  Both dishes were meant for sharing, we still shared
but technically, our order was good for 4 people already!

The food were very good and affordable!  Another Chinese restaurant I am adding to my list of "Must Try in the Metro."
