Hotel Review: Le Tsuba Hotel, Paris FR

Paris has always been a dream destination of mine. Ever since I was young, I have always dreamed of traveling to the City of Light to see and climb the Eiffel Tower, visit The Louvre, eat as much crepe and French soup as I can, and shop to my heart's content. Well, I am happy to share that my lifelong dream has finally came true - and now with my little family which made it extra special!

We stayed in Paris for almost 2 weeks and we chose Le Tsuba Hotel to be our home away from home. Rate is on the pricey side but with its convenient and secured location, I say it was worth it.

Check-in was fast but since we arrived in Paris early morning, the deluxe room with a bathtub (my daughter's special request) was not yet available. So we left our luggage at the concierge, strolled Champs-Elysee by foot and explored nearby places as far as our feet took us.

We did not avail of the hotel breakfast as we were always on the go. Besides, I can always grab a €1 croissant from Franprix (convenience store) which is just located beside Le Tsuba.

The hotel lounge is one of the chicest I've seen so far. A huge skylight and a backlit bar, its a sight to behold during daytime and even more at night with a resident pianist entertaining guests.

We reached as far as Pont Alexandre III, about 2kms away from the hotel, before we decided to return to the hotel. It was 3PM already so our room was clean and now ready for occupancy.

Our 21sqm deluxe room features:
  • a double bed and a baby cot
  • air-conditioning
  • TV with international channels
  • free high-speed WiFi
  • mini bar with complimentary coffee and tea
  • safety deposit box
  • work desk
  • toilet and bath with a tub

My daughter insists that the curtains be closed all the time as she did not like the window design.

Pros: Gorgeous hotel, central and convenient location, outstanding service, well-maintained room with an amazing bed, and complimentary Nuxe toiletries.

Cons: Drinking water and toiletries were not replenished regularly unless we call housekeeping.
