Sakae Sushi

I never knew this day would come.  The day that I would finally succumb to eating Japanese food and actually love it!

Sakae Sushi is a Singaporean brand which serves affordable but quality sushi for the budget conscious Pinoys.  For Php399 only, you can get to eat all the sushi you want by just grabbing what you fancy from the moving conveyor.  Or, pay at the end of the meal depending on the color-coded plates you consumed:   Php39 for the blue sushi plates, Php59 for the yellow, Php79 for the green and P99 for the red plated specials.

Hot or cold tea and Miso soup are included if you go for the buffet

Endless parade of sushi plates

Squid

Futomaki

Tuna

Salmon which is my favorite.

Eel

Mackarel

Yes, it's all mine.

Gone were the days when I had to be spoon fed with sushi. Lol!

Monica's Homemade Cookies

Soft, chewy and chunky homemade chocolate chip cookies lovingly baked by my good friend Monica aka Superwoman.

Handcarried from Hongkong

I've been trying to cut down on my sugar intake lately but these goodies are so
hard to resist! Even my parents have been munching them since I brought it home.

Sorry guys it's not for sale.  It's for the chosen ones only. *wink*

Monica and I during my Hongkong trip last year

I wonder how good would it taste like straight from the oven.  Need to fly to HK soon!
