I know its been three weeks since my birthday, but it wouldn't be complete if I won't celebrate with my closest friends from high school. So we met up last Thursday for my nth birthday dinner. *wink*

We also ordered Sotanghon Guisado and Crispy Pata but I wasn't fast enough to take photos before these three devoured over our sumptuous dinner.
Quality and affordability are the things that sets Mangan apart from all the Filipino Restaurants around, need proof?
