Birthday Series: TGI Friday's

Two days after my birthday, my friends/colleagues treated me out for a night of laughter and good food at TGI Friday's.

Buffalo Wings -- Spicy to the bones!

Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Quesadilla -- Flour tortilla with sauteed chicken, tomato, basil,
bacon and cheese then coated with Parmesan and pan-fried to a
crispy golden brown goodness.

Friday's Ball Park Nachos -- Tortilla chips loaded with toppings like Pico de Gallo, Cheese and Picadillo meat.

Sizzling Chicken Fajitas with Guacamole

Jack Daniel's Steak -- New York Strip Steak char-grilled to perfection

Jack Daniel's Half Ribs and Shrimps -- Baby back ribs grilled and glazed with Jack Daniel's sauce.
Served with crispy fries and battered shrimps.

Filipino Combo which includes classic favorites like Liempo, Pork Adobo and Pork Barbeque

I love the food which always comes in big servings and the excellent service the Friday's staff are known for. Thank you for making my post-birthday celebration fun and enjoyable. We all had a great time!

P.S.  I feel so lucky to have the most wonderful boss and colleagues who also became my friends and travel buddies. I can't wait for our next adventure.. soon!
