After checking out the rooms at Solaire Resort and Casino (read it
here),
our good friend invited us for lunch at Fresh, the hotel's casual
dining restaurant that is opened 24/7. Although it wasn't as grand as
Sofitel's Spiral, I love that they have everything I wanted in one
place!
Solaire's Exhibition Kitchen is divided into the following cuisines: Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Chinese and Continental. As the name suggests, the well-thought selection -- from the breads, appetizer and cooked dishes tasted fresh and delicious.

Breads, Cold Cuts and Cheese |

Cocktail Shrimps, Crab Legs and other Shellfish |

Smoked Fish |

Salad Bar |

Filipino Food Section |

Asian Cuisine |
|
Korean Cuisine |
|
Continental Cuisine |
|
Japanese Cuisine |
The dessert section is also worth saving up your calories for! The homemade ice cream can definitely compete with other artisanal ice creams in the market so make sure you save some space in your tummy. I also love that their cakes are sweetened perfectly and they have desserts that are diabetes-friendly.
Another must-try buffet added to my list!
