I've always dreamed of the time when those freshly-cooked eggettes, which smells heavenly by the way, will be available in Manila just like how easy it is to find a stall that sells it in Hongkong.
Guess we share the same sentiment when Ejay Isais decided to open Egg It in Kapitolyo, Pasig City. But instead of selling the waffles on the streets, he put up a four-table nook where you can enjoy them fresh off the pan with refreshing Cucumber Lemon or coffee if you prefer it, on the side.

While eggettes are sold plain in Hongkong, Egg It took the popular delicious snack to the next level and experimented on various flavors and toppings. The Bananutella, one of their bestsellers, is drizzled with the addicting chocolate-hazelnut Nutella spread and fresh banana slices on top.
I'm really loving these hole-in-the-wall finds in Kapitolyo! Any other suggestions worth visiting here?
