I'd be interrupting my CDO - Camiguin series to share a very exciting news.

Bonchon is now in Manila!  Yes, you read that right, the Best Chicken in America is now here and ready to serve the Filipino palate.

According to their website, BonChon chicken is fried twice.  First is to eliminate the fat and make it paper-fried crisp and the second fry is to include the special sauce.

After two hours, it's still crunchy!

Tender, crispy and oh so tasty, this is by far the best fried chicken I have ever tasted.
