North Park was already full when we arrived just before dinner time so we decided to move to Yellow Cab located at the next gasoline station instead of waiting at least an hour or so for a table to become available. I can't remember the last time I've had pizza and pasta for dinner, guess it was too long ago, so the overly excited me wanted to order everything on the menu.
Good thing DB was there to stop me at one point and we only ordered food that's good enough for two hungry stomachs (or maybe three since he didn't had any for lunch).
Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta |
Note to myself: Request for more shitake mushrooms which I absolutely love! |
Hot Wings |
The hot sauce was served separately so I can limit the amount of chili I can put in my chicken. |
Dear Darla |
How to eat Dear Darla: Get one slice of pizza,
put arugula leaves, alfalfa sprouts and chili sauce on top (if you prefer it hot)
then roll it like this.
After a very filling dinner, I asked him if we can go to the nearest 7-11 store we can try out the much-talked about ice cream in the Twitterworld these past few days -- Magnum Ice Cream Bar which retails at Php60 a piece. I like my ice cream with nuts so I had the Almond flavor while DB chose Chocolate Truffle.
Magnum Ice Cream only uses Belgian Chocolate. No wonder it is so yummy! |
Magnum Chocolate Truffle |
Magnum Almond -- This is so good! |
