Dinner at Malen's Restaurant

Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I love wrapping and giving gifts, I love the endless parties, I love seeing relatives and friends coming home from all parts of the world and the treats they bring in for us!

What I hate about the Holidays though is the 2-hour long traffic going home! So DB and I always try to leave as early as we can and just grab dinner along the way to avoid the rush hour. And since we both loved our first Fridate at Malen's, we thought of spending another lovely night there.

What we ordered

Potato Salad

The mayonnaise was a tad overwhelming. I like my Potato Salad with just the right amount of sourness.

Pesto Spaghetti - Php237.00

The Pesto Spaghetti was okay but I feel like it was too plain and could use more flavor. Perhaps adding seafood could spice it up some more.

Barbeque Chicken Pizza (Family) - Php350.00

I really liked Malen's Barbeque Chicken Pizza ever since I first tasted it. It was crispy and had lots of cheese! I'm so happy to have found my comfort food a tricycle ride away from home.

This is becoming a regular thing and I love it!
