Emiramona Garden Hotel, Tagaytay

My friend asked me if we can check out Emiramona Garden Hotel located near the Pink Sisters Convent in Tagaytay City before going home. The not-so familiar hotel name instantly piqued my curious mind so I said yes.

Emiramona Garden Hotel is a 1, 200sqm. property designed by the owner herself, Dr. Emily Dodson de Leon. If I remember correctly, the staff at the hotel told us that they have been operating for five years (or maybe more) already that came as a surprise because the hotel really looks new, at least the paint, the hallway and the rooms are.

Emiramona takes pride in having an indoor swimming pool perfect for people who are afraid of getting a tan but likes to swim to beat the summer heat.

A deluxe room that costs Php4, 300 per night can accommodate a family of four. With two queen-sized beds, cable TV with DVD player (though it would be awesome if they will upgrade the tube to an LED, or even an LCD TV), air-conditioning unit and private toilet and bath -- you are guaranteed to have a comfortable and delightful stay here.

This may not be a familiar choice but if you prefer the more quiet and relaxing side of Tagaytay, I bet you'll find Emiramona your home away from home.
