We made our way to Thunderbird Resort's beachfront area just in time for sunset. From the hotel, you have to walk about 5 minutes towards the right side of the estate.
The setting of John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles' wedding last year. With a gorgeous view and a beautiful sunset, I bet the ceremony was lovely and serene.
We made a stop at the beginning of the pathway leading to the beach to admire the beauty right in front us. It was too windy to get a decent shot of me without looking like a 7-month preggy lady.
There's no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. I hope they will put lounge chairs here so people who don't want to swim and just chill by the beach will have a place to sit.
The sand is not Boracay fine, more like Puka Beach with seashells and tiny corals. The water is deep and the waves will literally bury your feet to the sand. Just like the beach in Pagudpod.
I looked around and did not see Derek Ramsay anywhere near the beach to save me if I drown or something *wink* so I just settled with playing the sand on my feet by the shore.
Then the sunset set in.
I live for these moments.
