I've never craved for so much seafood as I have lately, so there should always be one dish with fish or any other seafood on the table.

| Crispy Fish with Lemon and Plum Sauce. Whole breaded fish fillet fried to a crisp, blended with minced vegetables and select spices and doused with a spicy plum and lemon sauce. It's not just your typical sweet and sour fish fillet. I love the blending of the crispy fillet and plum sauce. |
