Super Bowl of China

Chinese cuisine served in a Western ambiance and service is what to expect when dining at Super Bowl of China.

Here are the winners:

I've never craved for so much seafood as I have lately, so there should always be one dish with fish or any other seafood on the table.

Crispy Fish with Lemon and Plum Sauce.  Whole breaded fish fillet fried to a
crisp, blended with minced vegetables and select spices and doused with a
spicy plum and lemon sauce.  It's not just your typical sweet and sour fish
fillet.  I love the blending of the crispy fillet and plum sauce.
Beef fillet Chinese style. Tender and succulent beef steaks on a bed of red
and green bell peppers and onions bathed in a sweet and savory
Beijing sauce.  Beef and sweet won me over!
