A Fun Time in LA (Legaspi, Albay)

It was my first in Legaspi so a tour of the famous spots near the city is in order.

Cagsawa Ruins with the famous Mayon Volcano as the backdrop.

Cagsawa Church was built in 1724 by the Fransiscan friars and was destroyed in the 1814 eruption of Mayon Volcano.

Group shot

A group of locals will offer their services as tourist guides and photographers (using your camera) for some photo tricks for a donation only.

We also went to Embarcadero de Legazpi which is the hottest place to be seen in the city with a mall, activity center, bars and restaurants all in one location.

Parking area

I only got the B in EMBARCADERO

One of things that you can do here is to ride the 350-meter zip line for Php150. The zip line starts from the lighthouse beside the mall

passing through the water all the way to the far end of the breakwater. Sounds exciting right?

There's still a lot more to do in Embarcadero de Legazpi like shopping, eating, shopping, go-kart and shopping. *wink* Maybe next time!
