The only restaurant in Misibis Bay, Spice Market Restaurant offers Asian Cuisine with a twist.
The Bicol Region is known for adding chili pepper in all their dishes. |
Dining al fresco with the perfect view.
Aside from the bar located by the beach called Dela Playa, you can also order drinks in the bar beside the restaurant.
At the right side of the entrance door is the souvenir shop which I forgot to drop by before going home. I want the rash guard with the Misibis Bay logo!
Clean rest room is a must.
I find both lunch and dinner buffets unimpressive which cost Php1200++ and Php1500++ respectively.
So we just ordered ala carte every time.
Here are some of the dishes we were able to try during our stay in the resort.
Complimentary bread, butter and jams |
Crispy Pata -- Crunchy skin and melt-in-your mouth pork meat. |
Seafood Kare-Kare -- So thick and so delicious. Sabaw pa lang ulam na! |
Ginataang Kalabasa -- Simple but so yummy. |
Sinigang na Salmon -- More salmon please? |
Bicol Express -- I love how the pineapple bits added some sweetness into this classic Bicolano favorite. Winner! |
Breakfast buffet is included in our package.
Assorted Breads and Cheese |
Waffles and Pancakes |
Omelet Section |
Sandwich Section |
On my side of the table
Champorado -- I miss this! I love the bittersweet chocolate that they used here. |
Carrot bread and Omelet |
Waffle, Cold cuts, Cream cheese, Bacon, Sausage and Longganisa |
The Gang |
