Lunch at Conrad's Cafe & Grille

We were craving for California Maki one day at work but was having second thoughts on going to the Mall of Asia because of the terrible traffic and the fact that it was raining. Then we remembered that Conrad's Cafe & Grille recently included some Japanese fares to their menu.

A few minutes away from the office and we were treated to a mix of Japanese and Filipino cuisine lunch.

California Maki - Php190.00

Both the California and Futo Maki tasted fine but I think the chef needs more training so he can make maki that can hold and looks more presentable.

Futo Maki - Php200.00

The Filipino dishes on the other hand were consistently delicious.

Baked Tahong is best eaten while its still hot and the cheese is still melting.

Baked Tahong - Php225.00

We love putting the oil and garlic of the Gambas to our rice, unhealthy but so yummy!

Gambas - Php285.00

Another dish we love to stay away from but can't. The skin is so crunchy but they still managed to maintain the tenderness of the meat. Perfect when dipped with vinegar and soy sauce with lots of garlic and chili.

Crispy Pata - Php475.00

We always order Turon with Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. You should try it because it's really good!

Turones with Langka - Php115.00

California Maki cravings.. Solved!
