That was DB's reply to me when I asked him where are we having dinner that night. When he said waffles, only one restaurant instantly came to mind -- Pancake House!
I know, I know. This is probably the 5th time I've wrote about Pancake House here (or is it the 6th? I lost track of the numbers already!) but can you blame me? The food is delicious and very affordable! The service is pretty fast too.

The best Potato Salad in Manila, this version doesn't have the nakakaumay taste and its quite unique with the addition of the egg on the salad.
DB ordered the Spaghetti Club Special Set (Php229.00) which is a set meal consisting of Soup, Clubhouse Sandwich, old-fashioned Spaghetti and Iced Tea.

I had the Pan Chicken Special Set (Php248.00) which has Buttered Toast, 2-piece Pan Chicken with Gravy, Tuna Macaroni Salad and Iced Tea.

You can never go wrong with Pancake House's Pan Chicken because its crispy but soft and tender on the inside. I just hope they can do better with the gravy because the only thing I can remember now is the overwhelming taste of butter.
